Terms and Conditions

  1. Scope These terms apply to all coaching and consulting services provided by Amir Alon.
  2. Payment Payments must be made within 10 calendar days of invoice date.
  3. Cancellation and Rescheduling Sessions may be rescheduled free of charge if notice is given at least 24h in advance. Late cancellations or no-shows will be fully charged.
  4. Late Payment For overdue invoices, annual late interest of 10% and a fixed indemnity of 10% of the outstanding amount (minimum €50) will apply automatically.
  5. Liability Services are provided with professionalism and care. However, no specific results are guaranteed, and liability is limited to direct services rendered.
  6. Disputes Any disputes will first be addressed amicably. Failing that, jurisdiction lies with the courts of Leuven, Belgium.
