Scope

These terms apply to all sessions and services provided by Amir Alon.

Payment

Invoices are payable within 10 calendar days of the invoice date.

Cancellation and rescheduling

Sessions can be rescheduled free of charge with at least 24 hours' notice. Late cancellations or missed sessions are charged in full: this protects the time reserved for you.

Late payment

Overdue invoices accrue annual interest of 10% and a fixed indemnity of 10% of the outstanding amount (minimum €50), as customary under Belgian law.

Liability

Sessions are provided with professionalism and care. Somatic Experiencing is a complementary practice: no specific results can be guaranteed, and it does not replace medical or psychological care. Liability is limited to the services rendered.

Disputes

Any disagreement will first be addressed together, amicably. Failing that, jurisdiction lies with the courts of Leuven, Belgium.
