Who I am

I’m a certified somatic coach trained in Somatic Experiencing®. For more than 20 years, I have explored movement, mindfulness and body-based approaches through my own practice.

Where I come from

Originally from Israel, I earned a master’s degree in mathematics and studied biology, fields that shaped my love for systems and precision.

Then I started paying attention to another kind of information:
In India, I immersed myself in yoga and meditation, and learned to notice what the body was doing while I thought and felt.
In France, I moved from technical roles into leadership and learned that connecting with a team takes presence as well as clear thinking.

Today I live in Belgium and bring these worlds together: nutrition, movement and daily work on staying connected to the body and its sensations.

Bridging the analytical and the somatic

I draw on this background when working with people from many walks of life:
high-performing tech professionals facing constant change, dancers and people from the movement world, expats building a life far from home, entrepreneurs, artists, therapists and anyone carrying anxiety about a fast-moving future.

I’ve spent much of my life working through analysis, systems and problem-solving. Somatic work taught me to pay attention to another kind of information: what is happening in the body while we think, decide and relate.

My experience in movement, including yoga, somatic practices and circus arts,
has taught me how the body speaks through rhythm, tension and balance.

I trained in Somatic Experiencing®, an approach to working with stress, trauma and nervous system regulation.
