An Invitation to Change

Have you ever rolled out of bed with a sense of unease, silently asking yourself, What’s off with me today? That used to be me – a low hum of discomfort tagging along, especially in the mornings. Some days, it even felt like a “gray cloud” was stuck overhead.

Then there were days weighed down by the dread of the workday ahead or times when the same argument with my partner played out on repeat. I’d respond the same way, knowing it wouldn’t solve anything, only to end up frustrated and disappointed in myself.

In my quest for answers, I found out our bodies hold the key to breaking free from these patterns.

By using somatic tools, we learn to pause and listen to the signals our bodies are sending. Instead of ignoring or battling these sensations, which our body is trying to tell us, we’ll expand our comfort zone and work with our bodies, not against them.

After all, your body isn’t just something you have – it’s who you are.

This is a journey of learning and practice. Along the way, you’ll build emotional resilience and improve your quality of life. Together, we’ll find a way to make you feel totally comfortable and at peace. All it takes is a willingness to make positive changes that last.

Hi, I am Amir.

I’m a certified somatic coach with a diverse skill set: an MSc in math, a BSc in biology, a background in nutrition and extensive experience in the tech industry, including technical and leadership roles.

For over two decades, I’ve been practising conscious movement activities like yoga, acrobatics and circus arts, using bodily sensations to deal with complex life situations.

Currently, I’m sharpening my skills with a three-year Somatic Experiencing® Professional Training Program focused on trauma. I truly believe this journey has given me tools to connect with you in ways that bring real, lasting change.

What’s a Session with Me Like?

Our sessions will feel like an honest and open conversation about your life.

We’ll use simple exercises, such as imagination, mindful movements, and mindfulness, to help you tune into your body and become more aware of its sensations. 

I’ll support you in exploring the sensations that bubble up so you can understand what they might be telling you. Together, we’ll turn these insights into practical tools you can use every day, making changes once and for all.

The sessions are conducted in English, French or Hebrew.
