What is a session like?

A session is a space to slow down, breathe, and come home to yourself.

We begin with an open conversation — about what’s present, what matters to you right now.

Gradually, we shift attention to the body:
to sensations, impulses, emotions, and the stories they carry.

We work with a body-based approach rooted in Somatic Experiencing®, developed by Dr. Peter Levine.
This method gently supports the nervous system in releasing activation that may have become stuck — sometimes for years.

Significant life events — even if not traditionally traumatic —
can leave the nervous system in a state of heightened alert or shutdown.
That state can shape how we feel, how we connect, and how we cope.

Through this process, we help the system reorganize — naturally and safely.
People often describe feeling more grounded, more present, and more able to respond, rather than react.

I’m a certified somatic coach.

With a foundation in science, movement, and the circus arts – along with years in the tech world – I bring a grounded, body-centered approach to personal and professional transformation.

I’m currently deepening my practice through a three-year Somatic Experiencing® training, specializing in trauma recovery and nervous system healing.

My work is about real, lasting change – starting from the inside out.
